Our anti-fog hot melt adhesive is specially engineered for cold-chain labeling challenges. It creates reliable bonding on both high-polarity and low-polarity substrates such as glass and PE plastic. Even when the container surface is covered with water mist or condensation, this yellow hot melt can still stick firmly without pre-drying the surface. It solves the common pain point: ordinary labels peel off or lift once dew forms in refrigerated environments.

Wide Temperature Tolerance for Cold Chain

This adhesive performs well under harsh temperature fluctuations. The minimum labeling temperature reaches -20℃, which means you can apply labels directly on cold products. After labeling, the finished labels can withstand a service temperature range from -50℃ up to 70℃. Whether for frozen storage, long-distance refrigerated shipment or room-temperature shelf display, the adhesive maintains stable bonding and prevents edge lifting or label dropping. It works perfectly with synthetic paper, PET and other film face stocks, and is SGS certified to meet global export environmental standards.

Stable Converting & Easy Equipment Maintenance

The recommended processing temperature is 170℃–190℃, with blade coating as the preferred application method. The viscosity changes predictably along with temperature, delivering uniform glue coating during label converting. For roller and equipment cleaning: use clean mineral oil at 120℃, then flush with the same hot melt adhesive at 170℃. After conversion, finished labels print crisply and feed smoothly through printers with low jam rates, suitable for high-speed automatic labeling lines.
