One of the most common problems in the waste process of self-adhesive materials is the edge breakage. 

After the edge of the paper is broken, the labeling machine cannot discharge waste, which affects production. 

How to solve the problem why the paper edge breaks?

①The speed of the machine is too fast or too slow; solution: adjust the appropriate speed

②The waste discharge edge is too narrow, and the label size is too large; solution: appropriately increase the waste discharge edge size
③ Due to material reasons, the waste cannot be discharged; solution: replace the material
④The labels have special shape and unreasonable arrangement; solution: adopt a reasonable arrangement method
⑤ There is a problem with the interface of the die-cutting blade, and the paper is torn; solution: change the position of the interface of the die-cutting knife
