When cutting adhesive materials, due to the difference between the cutting blade and the back of the blade, one side of the material after cutting is sticky to the touch. If it encounters high temperature again, the material on both sides is prone to overflow problems.
matters needing attention:
When packaging, or stacking unused materials together, release paper can be used to separate the two sides of the roll material to avoid adhesion between rolls and prevent separation (note that the silicone oil surface of the release paper needs to be in contact with the end face of the material). Pay attention to not stacking too high, otherwise it may also cause glue overflow problems.
2. 20-30 minutes before material die-cutting and printing, spray oil-based or neutral release agent on the end face to reduce the residue of glue overflowing from the end face on the rubber roller. Materials with severe glue overflow need to be flash treated again before use.
