Our Thermal Label Jumbo Rolls are original self‑adhesive label stock raw material, specially manufactured for label converters and label processing factories. These master jumbo rolls can be slit and die‑cut into various finished labels, such as logistics shipping stickers, retail price tags, warehouse inventory labels and supermarket weighing labels. Multiple thermal face stock grades are available, including eco‑grade, semi‑top grade and 3‑proof top‑coated thermal paper, BPA‑free formula is optional for different export markets.
We provide diversified adhesive and liner solutions to match different application scenarios. You may choose hot‑melt permanent glue, water‑based glue, removable glue or special low‑temperature glue for cold‑chain use. Glassine liner or yellow liner can be customized as requested. The jumbo roll features excellent print sensitivity with clear black image, low wear to thermal print head, stable adhesion on carton, plastic and most packaging surfaces. It runs smoothly on high‑speed slitting and die‑cutting equipment for mass production.
As direct manufacturer, we support custom jumbo roll width up to 1080mm. Our materials comply with REACH and SVHC requirements, suitable for Europe, Australia and other overseas markets.
