Our standard synthetic PP with freezer adhesive is a robust label stock developed for refrigerated and frozen packaging environments. Regular labels often suffer from peeling, curling and adhesion failure when exposed to frost, condensation and sub-zero temperatures. This material combines durable synthetic PP paper face stock and specially formulated freezer pressure-sensitive adhesive, delivering consistent labeling performance during cold storage and long-distance cold chain transportation. The synthetic PP substrate provides outstanding water and oil resistance, safeguarding printed information against damage from moisture and humidity across the whole logistics and shelf cycle.
The synthetic PP features excellent tear resistance, flexibility and dimensional stability. It remains flexible and will not turn brittle or crack when subjected to repeated temperature swings between freezer conditions and ambient temperature. Its smooth surface supports high-quality thermal transfer printing, generating crisp barcodes, QR codes, batch numbers and variable data. Printed texts and graphics are scratch, smudge and fade resistant. Different from paper labels, synthetic PP repels water and grease, ideal for damp packaging surfaces. It allows clean die-cutting and runs smoothly on automatic labeling machines to meet high-volume production demands.
The matched freezer adhesive retains strong initial tack and permanent adhesion at low temperatures, working reliably from -40°C up to room temperature. It bonds securely to plastic, glass, metal and corrugated cartons. Even after long-term deep freezing, condensation and temperature cycling, labels stay flat without lifting or falling off. The adhesive withstands frost and moisture commonly present in cold storage rooms. When removed, it leaves minimal residue on most packaging substrates.
This synthetic PP freezer label material is widely used for frozen food, seafood, dairy products, chilled goods and cold chain logistics tracking. It is supplied in large master rolls and can be converted into custom label sizes. Custom thickness, roll width and liner options are available to fit various printers and automatic labeling systems. It serves as a cost-effective cold-chain labeling solution for manufacturers and packagers who need stable low-temperature labeling performance.
