Coated paper self-adhesive labels are a commonly used labeling material made from coated paper as the face stock, coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back, and lined with a release liner (backing paper). Coated paper is produced by applying a white coating onto base paper, followed by super-calendering, resulting in a smooth surface, high whiteness, and excellent ink absorption.
