The factors that influence the price of labels primarily encompass material, size, anti-counterfeiting technology, order quantity, degree of customization, printing process, and market supply and demand. These factors collectively determine the final cost of the labels.

Analysis of main influencing factors: The substrate used for material selection (such as paper, plastic film, metal foil) directly affects the cost. Materials with stronger durability or special properties (such as waterproof, high temperature resistance) are more expensive.

Label size and shape: The larger the size, the more consumables are needed, and the higher the cost. Non-standard shapes or irregular cuts will increase process complexity, leading to an increase in unit price.

The adoption of advanced anti-counterfeiting technologies (such as QR codes, RFID, laser anti-counterfeiting, micro-text, light-variable ink, etc.) will significantly increase costs. For example, RFID electronic tags are much more expensive than ordinary tags due to their built-in chips and antennas.

Printing process and design complexity: Digital printing, gravure printing, screen printing, and other different processes have varying costs. Special processes such as bronzing, embossing, and spot UV also increase expenses.

Order quantity (production scale): Large-scale procurement can dilute fixed costs, resulting in lower unit prices; small-scale or customized orders typically have higher unit prices due to high production preparation costs.

Customized requirements, including highly personalized designs, exclusive patterns, brand elements, or functional integrations (such as the development of a unique code system for each item), will increase the cost of design and development.

Market and supplier factors: Different suppliers have different pricing strategies, and well-known brands or high-tech service providers may charge a premium. External factors such as fluctuations in raw material prices and tightening environmental policies can also affect the final quotation.
